Description
Information about the drug
This drug refers to drugs for the cancer treatment. This agent was developed as a non-steroidal inhibitor of an enzyme called aromatase. This tool is aimed at the preventing of the breast cancer development, its main action is to suppress the production of estrogen and prevent its supply to the mammary glands. This concerns its clinical using.
This product effectively counteracts the major side effects associated with the steroids using. When using large doses of anabolic steroids based on testosterone, some of this hormone tends to be processed into female sex hormones (estrogens). This process is due to the interaction of an enzyme called aromatase with testosterone. As a result of this interaction, in the male body increases the content of estrogen.
Such process can lead to undesirable effects and irreversible processes in the form of genicomastia. In addition, the male body under the influence of a large amount of female sex hormones, can begin a process which is generally called feminization. Feminization is a manifestation of secondary sexual characteristics in men, namely: the growth of the mammary glands, the deposition of female-type fat (hips, buttocks and waist), mood swings, a tendency to depression.
To avoid these symptoms, you should carefully monitor the process of flavoring in the human body that takes exogenous testosterone.
To do this, use adequate dosages of anabolic steroids or apply special pharmacological products.
In order to control estrogen in the body, two types of drugs are used, these are anti-estrogens and inhibitors of the enzyme aromatase.
Mint-Anastrozole 1mg is the most effective drug to contain and prevent the process of flavoring in the body.
Interaction
Estrogens containing drugs reduce the pharmacological effect of anastrozole, and therefore they should not be prescribed simultaneously with anastrozole.
Tamoxifen should not be prescribed simultaneously with anastrozole, since it can weaken the pharmacological effect of the latter. With the combined use of anastrozole and tamoxifen the plasma concentration of anastrozole decreased by 27% compared with that with only anastrozole, while the combined administration did not affect the pharmacokinetics of tamoxifen and N-desmethyltamoxifen.
There was no clinically significant effect of anastrozole on the pharmacokinetics and anticoagulant activity of warfarin.
Applying
This drug is extremely effective, it is recommended to use in cases when really large dosages of drugs with testosterone are used.
Mint-Anastrozole 1mg is applied during the course of anabolic steroids on a daily basis. Depending on the amount of testosterone used, the dosage can vary from 0.5 mg to 1 mg per day. It is necessary to use the drug at the same time every day in order to maintain the optimal amount of the active substance in the blood. In case of a delay in taking the drug by more than 12 hours, it is no longer necessary to use the drug, since this can lead to stratification of the dosage and entail consequences.
